Within the project special working groups are to be formed covering legal, organizational and technical areas.
2. Implementation
The software developer working group within the project would program the complex system according to the tasks defined by the organizers.
A developer platform such as GitLab [3] could organize an implementation.
3. Commissioning and Completion
After a successful test phase, the Earth Concert Hall can be put into operation for all users around the globe, with a prior estimate of the need to avoid overloading when opening.
For the striking look and feel of the user interface, the rotating earth is important, in whose regions the listener immerses. Such a solution is provided by Google Earth and now Google Maps, which integrates very well with web design [4]. An alternative would be OpenStreetMap, which does not require the transfer of data to third parties when requesting geo-data by the ECH user, if the geoinformation service OpenStreetMap works locally and therefore privacy-friendly [5].
The domain earthconcerthall.com has been reserved for productive use by the listeners of the performances.
